Which middle name do you like better? Vivienne was the toss up name between the two and Belle is my daughters favourite Disney Princess right now :)

I feel like I would call Norah Belle both names always because it’s so lovely but Norah Vivienne I would only use the full name for attention (ie. when she’s in trouble). Both nice names but I just really love Norah Belle.

I think if you have a three syllable last name, then Belle probably would flow better.
If you have a one, two, or four syllable last name, then Vivienne probably would flow better.
