Lack of confidence

Ive been going to the gym everyday for 3 months now and for the last 2 months I work out 3 times a day (soccer gym training in the morning, individual soccer training and gym at night) but i still feel like I’m making no progress mentally on how I feel. Like yes physically there’d a difference but I have a hard time seeing it. There’s once in awhile I will see it but most times I don’t. Any advice?
