So my breasts/nipples have changed already. They look how they did when I breastfed my daughter and before I had her. How early can they?

If I'm pregnant this would be 2nd and body changing so much even though I might be too early to get a positive test yet.

I'm so throw off cause I'm having symptoms like crazy and didn't really have any with my daughter. My body didn't changed until end of 2nd trimester also with her.
