I did all the exercises on spinning babies in addition to working with a chiropractor. Not sure what exactly did the trick, but she did flip!

Pelvic exercises. My yoga instructor said doing cat/cow will help to turn the baby. Also legs up the wall helps.

I'm in the same situation. There are some stretches/ exercises you can do that help. Look on Pinterest for moving your breech baby. I'm starting mine today.
