Is this normal pregnancy pain? First time mom

I am 19 weeks pregnant and a few days ago I started getting this stinging pulling pain on my left side near my hip bone. It is worse when I am standing or moving around. When it starts it can be pretty painful and last for a while. When I lay or sit down the pain goes away. I’m sure this is normal but I worry sometimes. Has anyone else had this?

Normal round ligament pain. With my first it was so painful it would stop me dead in my tracks and I’d have to sit down.

I had a pulling pain in that area too. Midwife said it’s just from your uterus growing and stretching. I have more pain if my bowels and bladder are full too so tbh try going to the bathroom sometimes and see if that helps!

Could be baby sitting on a nerve. It sucks so bad omg I hope you feel better!

I had hip pain frequently while pregnant. Could be round ligament pain or just laying or sitting in a bad position. But call your doctor is if you are concerned.
