Update:

Had my doc appt today same day and she said they were definitely contractions! 1cm dilated 80% effaced and being induced next week!!

Since last night I have been feeling really strong but tolerable period like cramps that I feel in my lower back and abdomen and my belly was really hard. Just a few minutes ago it lasted about 30 seconds. Could this be the beginning of labor? I also felt him shifting and moving around a lot and heard a little pop noise..almost expected my water to break.

What were your first signs leading up to real labor at home?
