Bottled weaned but not drinking milk?!

Ok we got rid of the bottles actually somewhat very easily?! He didn’t really even notice too badly. Cold turkey worked! BUT he isn’t drinking milk out of the sippy cups now. He did usually have warm bottles so I even warmed the sippy cup but still a no. Anyone else have this issue?
Idk if he will even drink it at this point or do any of your little ones just not take to milk? He is eating way better now too!

Maybe try a straw. When rio is with his dad he will drink straight from the warmed up milk pouch with a straw 🤷🏻‍♀️

We never have my son any milk once he weened from breastfeeding at 17 months. We always just give him water. We don’t drink cows milk. He occasionally will drink a chocolate flax milk box from a straw as a treat (because it has a lot of sugar). But I’m glad we got him hooked on water. He is a good eater though so gets most of his calories from food.

Same issue! Mine won’t drink milk either since we got rid of bottles.
I just make sure to give him yogurt everyday.  Especially the stonyfield baby brand because it has 50% of the daily calcium they need.  Sometimes I even give him 2 a day if he is hungry I’d rather have him eat 2 yogurts than a bunch of goldfish.
I do need to get better at still offering him the milk in the sippy cup even though it’s annoying to waste it.

Liam did that for a few months too. We ended up getting different cups for his milk (with straw) and that did the trick!

My daughter rarely drinks milk. We offer it, but she doesn’t usually drink much. I discussed with my pediatrician and she said they don’t really need milk anymore, it’s just an easy way to get them calories and nutrients, but they can easily get everything they need from food.

Mine won’t drink milk either and he’s been off the bottle since June. He’ll be 2 in April. The ONLY way I can get him to drink milk is if I put it in a regular cup (like we drink out of) with a straw and a little chocolate in it.
