How strict is your diet? Be honest
This isn’t to make any mamas feel bad or guilty or anything so please don’t be offended. I’m just genuinely curious as to how strict everyone’s diet is. There’s the obvious stuff mamas have to stay away from like alcohol and drugs but do you guys follow the guidelines of no caffeine and eating really healthy? I find it really hard to stick to a “diet” while pregnant because some days I wake up feeling fabulous and I can eat salads all day but some days I wake up and instantly want a bag of chips and cheese and all the fatty stuff I’m suppose to stay away from. Coffee and soda have been my biggest enemy. I can’t seem to stay away from them. I’ll always have one or the other. Not excessively but at least 1 a day.
