Prone to UTI
I am super prone to UTI and my pregnancy started with yeast infection which caused me a lot of vagina itching. Currently I am good by everytime with a little pain or itching I get worried. Pls suggest me some things which i can eat to prevent UTI infection at this point.
Also, can i take Yakult (probiotic drink)..? Or cranberry juice?? Will this help??
