Panicking!!

I’m a ftm and went to the hospital because I’m having contractions but they’re irregular. I could have to leave at any moment back to the hospital but I’m not full term yet so i didn’t have a bag packed. I’m feeling really overwhelmed and unprepared. What do I need to take to the hospital? For me and baby.
