Hi I’m 7 weeks and 4 days I went to the drs today unfortunately my normal dr is on holidays and had to see a random I have sinus infection and slight ear infection he has given me erithromycin as I’m allergic to penicillin even though he said it was safe I’m finding conflicting studies on line has any one taken this in there first trimester.. plz help I want to feel better but also don’t want harm my babies I have (twins)
