Could I be Pregnant

I am breastfeeding my 12 month old and gotten my period last two months ago. But this period is late for 11days. I got myself tested and it is negative. I've been feeling nauseous in the evening and constipation just like my first pregnancy. Do positives should up later due to breastfeeding ?
