Feels like my breast are leaking but they aren’t.. Help am I going crazy 😮

This is an odd one but here we go. I’m a first time mom and I’m at 34 weeks now.
About a week ago, my breasts are starting to be itchier and are a little bigger. A couple days ago I started feeling like they were leaking or like they were wet, but for some reason there is nothing there.
Has this ever happened to any of you ??
