Help! Is this “normal” spotting in early pregnancy?

I’m devastated! I’ve been having positive tests the last two days... but then all day today I’ve been spotting and bleeding.. it started as light pink but it does have red now. I saw a tiny mucus thing or I guess you could call it a “clot” at the bottom of the toilet when I peed once barely the size of a pee... I went to my dr today to get blood work done. But I’m just so devastated... has anyone else had this happen before? Is this normal “spotting”?
