i am due oct 3rd & i haven’t had many symptoms besides occasional nausea & tender breasts & more sleepy than usual but doing good !

🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️ feeling good just slightly tired but extremely bloated and kinda nervous because I was actively trying to lose weight prior to getting pregnant and I’m wanting to ask my midwife at my appt what’s a safe way to do that while pregnant, I am over weight so I’m hoping not to get bashed for wanting to do this

I’m due October 1st. I miscarried on Christmas morning and just found out I’m 5 weeks and 4 days. I’m okay other than boobs feeling like rocks. Lol.
