Was this your first time using Opk?
If you have pcos those won't work for you. 
Usually when the ovulation tests show peak, a HCG test already shows a line too!

I know a girl who had 12 positive OPKS ans negative pregnancy tests. She finally got a positive. It sounds like you're pregnant but getting false negatives from testing too early. Good luck!!
