Bump on spinal cord

Today during first checkup of my girl of six days, doctor noticed a bump on spinal cord. She ordered the ultrasound and not to worry much about it. Ultrasound would take a week but I was getting anxious. I would be thankful of anyone who has xperienced this with their child can confirm what condition is this and what was the diagnosis.
