Hey everyone!! I was wondering has anyone tried doxycycline and how did it work for you!? 
Did it help anyone with their acne scaring?

I was given Doxy for 3months and then another 3 months. I was taking the capsule form. The tablets were 
nasty. It did help me though. My skin cleared up in about 3 weeks. 
Depending on the severity of the acne, you may also be given a keratolytic agent- a cream that will deal with the scarring - something like 5% benzoyl peroxide.
Take care with Doxycycline... it has side effects - nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal cramps... so make sure you swallow the medication after having a meal ... NEVER take it on an empty stomach.

It also is very sensitive to light. I ended up on it for my acne but took myself off because I ended up with sever burns on the tops on my hand and feet from the sun. I didn’t lay out in the sun either. It was from just driving in my car or not realizing when I was outside. I took myself off because I was going on a cruise and started using young living products and I wasn’t a believer at first but I no longer have “cystic acne” and my eczema is so well controlled. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever switch up my routine again.

Did you every try ACV, 2 tablespoons with 8 oz of water each day for about about two months? To see if your skin would clear up? I’ve heard of this working. Drink it twice a day.
