Breastmilk Stash
I would like to breastfeed my baby for a year, maybe longer. She is 3 months old. I have built up a decent chest freezer stash of breast milk so far. But Since it’s only good for a year, do I stop breastfeeding and switch to bottled breast milk so my stash doesn’t go to waste? Or slowly work in bottles with the milk that will expire sooner and keep breastfeeding?
