Ftm do I sterilize this ?

So my dr browns bottles came with these disk that are for travel use.. am I suppose to sterilize them too?

I did, and omg don’t forget to use them! I forgot a few times and dealt with a soaking wet diaper bag due to them leaking lol. Those things are life savers
