I have absolutely nothing holding me back this time. I’m 24 and want to move across the country with a good friend of mine.

I just got promoted as GM at work for a small family business back in November but I’ve been working for the family since 2017.

I REALLY want this move to and want this change in environment. I’m am just SO worried to burn bridges with the people I work for but honestly I know that I am miserable at this job. This is NOT my passion. My heart desires to have a change.

If you have any life advice or advice on how to handle this that would be great. Side note, I would be moving in mid May.
