I am 9 weeks. I have had morning sickness since 5 weeks. Yesterday I woke up and did my normal puking. A couple hours later I started really puking, got a migraine, fever (100.5-100.8) and have continued puking for the past 24 hours. Backstory: I have a 8 month old and when I got pregnant, my supply dropped fast. The past couple weeks I was only pumping right before bed bc I wasn’t really getting anything. Monday, I decided to stop pumping. I wasn’t really getting anything and it depressed me to see only and ounce or two in the bottle. I do have a small knot in my boob now but it’s not overly sore, not warm, not red. I called my Obgyn yesterday and they didn’t call back. What is your opinion? What should I do? Go to urgent care?
