I’m freaking out! This is my husband and I’s first pregnancy we are super excited. We have been trying for a couple months now. We found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks. I’m now 6 weeks pregnant and had my first ultrasound (vaginal, because it’s still really early). After my appointment I went straight home to show my husband the ultrasound picture, went to the bathroom and noticed bleeding not spotting. It sometimes is light and then gets darker,even a little bright red. I’m wearing a pantie liner and nothing is on it. It’s only when I wipe. No cramping, no chills or fever. My appointment was 2-04-2021. (Post edit. When I was in my ultrasound dr said baby was ok and we heard a healthy heartbeat.) I spoke to an advice nurse and she said it was normal to bleed in your first trimester. Especially after vaginal ultrasound. And to give it till Saturday

Has this happened to anyone else? If so what was your outcome?
