I didn't have it with my first pregnancy but did with my second. I'm pregnant now with my 3rd. Has anyone had GD with a prior pregnancy and not with the next one after that. So hoping I don't have to deal with that this pregnancy. I lost 60lbs prior to getting pregnant via a low carb diet and have been for the most part keeping up with it since becoming pregnant this time as well.
