2 months pregnant weight loss help
I was a on weight loss journey before I found out I was pregnant and I want to continue to lose fat (healthily) due to the concerns of probably getting gestational diabetes, preeclampsia etc since it’s more prone for women who are overweight. My OB said she wants me to gain between 15-25 pounds throughout my pregnancy and I was wondering if anyone had tips to maintain or keep it around there. I just don’t want to gain more than I have to that way I can lose it again after the baby is born and help reduce the chances of those stated above.
