Could this be the sac?

So I’ve miscarried at 8w and some days I believe the baby stopped growing at 5w5d. Ive gone to see doctors and decided to let it pass naturally. This is my first miscarriage and I’m not sure what to look out for but could this be something?

The little flesh tone one may be baby. This pregnancy was another twin pregnancy and at about 8-9 weeks ome twin came out... it looked very similar to that omly I could see it’s little round buds where it’s arms and legs would be and two black dots where it’s eyes would have been. Take the pics to your doctor

There’s no way to know unless you took it to your doctor, clots are unfortunately a normal part of a miscarriage. You don’t need to watch for anything, just rest and take care of yourself.
