Crown dental procedure safe?

Needing to have a crown done on one of my molars. Anyone know if this is safe unsafe? The only thing injected is local anaesthetic and no X-rays needed.

It’s safe! They are well trained and no what’s best! Usually they will keep you on a good angle as-well for baby! 
Best to get it done rather than have a nasty infection or loose the tooth!

Generally, elective dental procedures can be done in the second trimester but ideally delayed till after delivery.
The local anesthetic is safe and even the occasional X-ray, especially if it’s a digital one and you wear the lead apron.
The only thing is that you will have to be laying down on your back for extended periods and there might be a ton of water so you maybe uncomfortable.
