A week after giving birth I was about ten pounds above my pre pregnancy weight and the stresses of being a first time mom, pandemic, breastfeeding really took over and I just ate whatever I wanted to get through the day. By the time my son was 6 months I was now a good 25 pounds over my pre pregnancy weight. I decided enough was enough and that I wouldn’t allow myself to have another baby until I was at least my pre pregnancy weight since I already needed to lose some weight to begin with. I started walking on the treadmill 4-5 days a week and eating in a calorie deficit in November and now I’m down 15 pounds. It is very hard for me to lose weight so I’m very supposed I lost that much. I’m about 7 pounds away from pre pregnancy weight. Want to be at my goal weight ( 150) by my LO’s first birthday.

I’m about 15-20 lbs lighter than pre pregnancy and actually struggling to stop loosing weight it just keeps coming off without trying! I’m exclusively breastfeeding and going to start drinking some protein shakes or something to get more calories in so I don’t loose too much for my milk supply!

I was but then I gained it all back 😭 I had really bad PPD and I barely had any motivation to leave my house for the first 6 months.

Smaller! After being pregnant for two years straight, I didn’t have a chance to drop the weight when we conceived my June baby I was 3 months pp. finally feel like myself again 🤪

I’m only like 3 lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight, but I’m definitely still flabbier, and my clothes don’t fit quite as well as before 😫
Unfortunately being home with baby plus a crazy toddler who doesn’t nap anymore, I rarely ever have time to work out.  Added on that my husband works long days.  I’m hoping once the weather gets nicer we will go on long walks at least.  If I was super motivated I would just get up before the kids and work out, maybe one day lol🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤞🏼

I am back to pre this baby...but I had babies back to back and never lost the weight from the first one! So I am on weight watchers to get rid of the last 25 pounds
