Who’s fault is this?
I wasn’t feeling well so I decided to order sonic thru door dash. I’ve never used door dash before now. The driver texted me so when she did I asked her to please make sure they put at least 3 marinara sauces in the bag for my cheese sticks and also ranch for my daughters chicken. When my driver arrived she said that they told her there was sauce in the bag (of course she can’t see inside because it’s sealed). I had already tipped her on the app but when she arrived I gave her more in cash for ensuring this was done for me. I open the bag and there was NO SAUCE AT ALL. MInd you, the sauce request was also ordered thru sonic directly and it’s on the receipt. I sat there very upset and decided I’m not letting the now, over 30$ I spent on two meals go to waste so I am now sitting in one of their stalls waiting now over 10 minutes to be even asked what I would like. I am FURIOUS. I paid delivery fees for this and now wasting my own gas on top of waiting forever to be helped!!
Now, who do I complain to? Door dash or sonic? I don’t blame the driver because she asked for the sauce and was told it was there.
UPDATE:
This is wild that so many are bothered by this!! Y’all better not let me catch y’all in a restaurant sending food back because it wasn’t made correctly!!! 🤣🤣🤣 I’m serious!! By the way, I’m not going to complain. I was just upset. They made it right so I’m happy now. I just needed to vent and let off some steam. Better on here than on the employees! And no I don’t have covid I was honestly just very tired and not feeling myself. So I wanted to enjoy the perks of delivery. And enjoy my food with my sauce. That’s all 🤷♀️ I can’t believe I got called a Karen 😂😂 I can’t wait to tell my husband. He’s going to laugh his butt off!! I hardly ever complain or open my mouth because I do work in retail and I hate those horrible customers. And as I stated before, I strive to satisfy all our customers. I feel like that’s not too much to ask for with any establishment.
