Is this the beginning of labor or am I just crazy?

For two checks I've been getting my cervix checked and both times they said I wasn't dilated but then after that day I started getting a really bad stomachache and diarrhea it's been like that since Wednesday and it's Saturday yesterday I started feeling my stomach tightened and loosen on and off mid afternoon into the night now today is the same thing all but I really intense pressure so I don't know does that mean I'm going in labor soon?

Those are good signs! If it gets worse or starts felling like period cramps, then it’s time.

It's possible you're beginning labor, but cervical checks can cause irritation as well. The timing makes me think maybe it's just from the cervical checks

How have the membrane sweeps felt? I’m 39 weeks today but 0cm dilated. Have an appointment on Tuesday and my doctor said if I want a membrane sweep she can do one but that they are pretty painful.
