If it’s not normal for your movement I would call your doctor- that’s when they want you to start monitoring movement and it’s best to be safe if the baby is in any potential distress but only you can know what seems normal for your baby..

It can be normal. Some babies seem to move a little less in 3rd trimester because they are more squished and their kicks seem lighter. You can always drink cold juice and sit down and do kick counts. I think 10 kicks in an hour at least. But always talk to your doctor if you  are concerned.
