Ok ladies I would love some input. It's the weekend so I can't call my doctor but I will on Monday. I have never had a miscarriage before. (I know, I'm extremely lucky!)

I'm 5 weeks along with my 4th pregnancy. I have two kids and my second pregnancy was ectopic so it didn't work out. I am 5 weeks along and haven't really had any symptoms yet but I know that's normal.

This evening I went to the bathroom and had some watery blood come out. I put in a light tampon for about an hour and it came out with a decent amount of blood on it- more of a bright red this time, like a period.

I had a little bit of cramping two or three days ago but nothing unbearable. I'm having zero cramping tonight. Could this be a miscarriage?? I never bled like this with my two kids.
