How will an early period impact ovulation
My normal cycle is comfortably 28 days, except for this month 🤦♀️ It was a stressful cycle and I think I might have ovulated early, ended up spotting and AF started over a week earlier (10 days early). For my next cycle should I assume possible early ovulation again or that it might return to my norm?
