I try to avoid caffeine until the second trimester and then limit to one or two cups a week.
As another poster responded these are probably fine caffeine wise but they’re highly processed and honestly full of crap, the glucose syrup is really bad for you, it’s long life milk, plus all the E numbers. 
You’d be much better with freshly ground beans (I’ve been having decaf ones and it feels the same without the energy kick) and some fresh milk. You can sweeten with honey or something if you wanted to.

Although I’ve drank coffee pretty much daily this whole pregnancy (with a job, a 10 year old doing online school and a 3 year old under lockdown, I can’t function without it), I do feel these are a bit heavily processed so I prefer to avoid them.
Would you consider making your own?
You can get a fancy machine if you like or you can get a simple machine with a milk frother

The research surrounding coffee is a little iffy. Some says up to 200mg a day is fine (and this would be okay), and some says that any coffee (including decaf-so, this points to a potential other issue with the bean) ups the risk of miscarriage. For that reason, I waited until the second trimester to return to drinking it with my OB’s blessing. I was getting daily migraines, so it helped a ton.
