Help i am so sad

Hello mommas!

I have posted here before that on cycle days 22-25 i had faint positive pregnancy tests that were getting darker when i retest.

I went today -because i work in a hospital- just to make sure everything is OK, for an early ultrasound, i should be around 5 weeks + 4/5 days.

The ultrasound showed nothing!!!

No baby, no baby sac, no thickening of uterus wall, no ectopic pregnancy, just basically NOTHING!

I was so surprised! The woman who did the ultrasound was so rude telling me that I am not pregnant and even there is no trace of period in my uterus which means I am not getting my period soon either!

I had blood drawn for beta HCG but I am really really confused..

i have many pregnancy symptoms, i have nausea and back pain and that pinching feeling in my uterus and everything,

Could you ladies supports me with good thoughts or stories to what may happened?

Is it a chemical pregnancy or late pregnancy or what...
