Let me preface this by saying I don’t believe in ghosts.

I had a vivid pregnancy dream/nightmare involving Hanako-san (a Japanese toilet ghost)

I woke up in a panic then realized how silly it was. I’m pregnant so I obviously had to pee. When I was Finishing up on the potty, I looked over and thought I saw a little girl with black hair. I FREAKED OUT!!! I threw the toilet paper at it and almost fell in between the toilet and my bathtub. Then my dumb pregnant brain realized it was just my 4ft jewelry case mirror reflecting a long black bag hanging on the door.

Needless to say I felt foolish and when back to bed.

But the bathroom door was still open. I cuddled close to my husband. It was still open, starring at me.

10 minutes later I shook my husband awake and told him he needed to close the bathroom door because I had a bd dream about of toilet ghosts. He looked really confused but he was so tired he didn’t say anything, just got up and closed the door. We cuddled for an hour minutes before

I had to pee again. I held it long as possible but I could t anymore. I went to the bathroom but kept the lights on this time and RAN back to bed.

I tried so hard to fall asleep for but I couldn’t. To my pregnant brain everything in the dark looked like a toilet ghost.

My husband noticed I was wide wake and asked if I wanted the AirPods so I would watch TV. It took 4 episodes of Schitz Creek before I was even slightly tired again.

Anyway he woke up at 8 with our toddler and let me sleep in. Then made me a breakfast sandwich.I don’t deserve him.

Next time someone tells me to sleep now while I still can I’m going to remind them of toilet ghosts.
