Early preg symtomps?

Can you have symptoms as early as 3DPO? Such as heightened smell or sore nipples?

Not related to pregnancy, no. 
The reality is true pregnancy symptoms don’t actually appear until approximately 5-6 weeks pregnant - which would be after a test would show positive.
Anything you experience between ovulation and a positive test or your period will be exactly the same. PMS symptoms are identical to early pregnancy (3-4 weeks) because they’re caused by the exact same thing - high progesterone.
Progesterone rises immediately after ovulation and remains high until your period starts. High progesterone causes all of your symptoms - sore breasts, nausea, cramping, everything. So whether you’re pregnant or not, it’ll feel the same.

I’ve been having cravings, tingly boobs, fatigue and nausea and I’m 10 days past when my period was due

I highly doubt it. Its to early to even feel anything even when you are actually pregnant some people don't get any symptoms until around 6-8 weeks. I would of never known I was pregnant since I never had any symptoms besides a missed period.
