I think the question your asking, isn't the question you asked.

I think you're really trying to find out if white people can be discriminated against, and the answer to that question is yes. Without a doubt, white folk can be the victims of racial discrimination. And that's awful and never okay.

I just disagree with reverse racism as a term. Also with using racism and racial discrimination interchangeably.

There seems to be a real misconception that acting like a jerk to others automatically equals racism. It doesn't. Racism is much deeper than that. Some people are just assholes.

Noooooooo.

Racism against white people does not exist because it's an institutionalised oppressive system created by white people. We benefit from racism as it gives us "power" over other races.

I.e. A bully (white people) has power over their victims (POC) no matter what that victim does, the bully still has a physical and psychological power over their victim. So if the victim called the bully a derogatory word, it wouldn't do much damage to the bully. Similarly, if we saw a victim of a bully standing up for themselves, calling the bully out, we wouldn't all start screaming "reverse bullying", would we? Because there's still an inequality power struggle between the bully and their victim, in which the bully still benefits from.

A POC may call a white person Becky, cracker, Mayo etc. etc. And sure it may not be pleasant to hear yourself referred to in such a way. But racism and name calling are not the same! "Mayo" has no oppressive power behind it, and in the same case as the bully we aren't harmed by that name calling. 
But since POC don't have the "power" we do in society, negative things said against them do have power, they do cause harm. That's why reverse racism doesn't exist.

The very term shows how silly it is. Reverse. I like when you say reverse snobbery, the implication is that it's judgement UP the chain.
