Am I having a miss carriage ?!

Last week I had two positive pregnancy test, booked my first appt with my doctor. Had my blood taken ect. We believe I’ll be around the 6-8 weeks mark.

Everything made so much sense once I realised, I was emotional over stuff, felt bloated and food tastes horrible most days ect.

Since Friday night I haven’t felt any pregnancy symptoms ect, didn’t think too much of it.

Today after my partner and I had sex for the second time there was some watery blood and that was no big deal. Later on after dinner I realised I was bleeding again. After that I’ve had really intense period like cramps and I’ve put a pad on ect for the night. I’d say for about the last 5-6 hours the cramps and blood are coming and going ect.

(The bloody is a little more than spotting but less then some of my most recent period) only really bloody when I wipe is red but the blood in my pad is brown

I’m 21 and this is my first pregnancy, I already have a doctors appt booked for the morning thats meant to discuss first ultrasound ect but now I’m dying to know if I’ve lost the baby!!

Please let me know your opinions? It’s 1am and I can’t sleep because I need to know but some others thoughts and opinions would really help me out
