Yes, all they are doing is giving you things to make you have contractions and speed up labor, what your body isn't naturally doing. 

You'll probably pass some stool if you're giving birth vaginally. Most people do bc when you push it's the same muscles that engage as when you pass stool. Don't worry about it. You won't notice and the RNs/MDs are good at quickly getting it out of the way. Good luck with your induction!!
