Sooo nervous for anatomy scan 😅 any tips on being calm?

I have my anatomy scan Thursday and I am so nervous, I just want to hear that my baby is healthy and everything looks normal. Any tips on keeping calm? What exactly happens during this ultrasound?

They just put the lubricant on your stomach and the US wand and start moving it all of your stomach and identify  all the important body parts and to check growth, heart brain development  etc. They  will tell you what they are looking at, at least with  mine they did.
