Dates for Progressing
I know there are SO many wives tales. But there’s a lot of articles on eating dates to help with progression. (I understand this may not have worked for you) But if you’re like me and cannot stand the taste or the horrible texture of dates put them in cereal or mixed in your icecream!! It totally changed the game for me! 😂
