Getting enough protein when not hungry
Hope you are well. Looking for advice as FTM I’m 11.5 weeks and not hungry for protein. Although I didn’t eat many carbs before that’s what is most appealing now and sometimes fruit. Have you been experiencing this? and what do you eat when not hungry that is nutrient dense as I know it’s important to eat protein. Also, have you felt not hungry at this stage of your pregnancy?
