extremely itchy lower legs ..??

the title really says it all. just wondering why this happens? it never has before but for he last few months especially at night i can just start itching and never stop like i will sit there itching my entire lower legs for 15+ minutes. i reapply lotion often so that kind of subsides it. it’s just really strange! no clue why this happens.

Its probably dry skin. Try not washing your legs in the shower everyday. I used to have the same issue, my legs would just be so itchy and I would literally scratch until I bled 😳 now, I only wash my legs in the shower a few times a week (soapy water is running down them anyways and unless I'm working out heavily or rolling in dirt its not really necessary) I also use a body scrub 2x a week and an in-shower body lotion. That has been a leg saving routine for me!!

Dry skin. I do this too. I’ve been using lubriderm daily and it seems to help.
