Night Nausea Anyone?

I seem to always wake up in the middle of the night nauseous. Never experienced this with my sons and it’s honestly awful.

I have all the time nausea. Thankfully Zofran and regular trips to the fridge every 4 hours or so helps. Even if it's a few crackers or a cheese stick or a peice of fruit. Try and eat something on a regular basis.

What time do you take your prenatal? My nurse said it's best to take it at night right before bed so it can just sit in your stomach while you are resting rather than taking it in the day time when you are constantly moving around and may get stressed, as stress can be a big factor in morning sickness. And to be honest, i think it helped me with my night time nausea. I used to wake up constantly just feeling all blah but now I can sleep through the night, unless i gotta get up to pee

I had night sickness with both my pregnancies. Unfortunately, I have had both morning and night sickness this time around.

Yes that happened to me so much! I found if I had some water and something to eat it usually let up enough for me to fall back eventually
