I got a long sleeve zip up rash guard off Zulily a few years ago. It covers well and holds everything which is tough with a 34G chest. I wear just basic black bottoms with it. 
The regular swim suits I wear are the cute slimming ones from Walmart. Inexpensive and I feel good in them

Are you pregnant? If yes I'd do low waisted. If not, you can mix and match bottoms and tops. I like flyaway tankinis.
