Am I overthinking

So the guy I am currently with is talking to the girl he fucked few years ago. He called her to wish om her bday as they are friends now. So what happened was he called her to wish earlier today and now she called back when it’s around 5:30 am where she lives. I mean I understand they are friends but the fact they fucked earlier is kinda bothering me. Am I overthinking??
