I’m 18 weeks 3 days with twins. Yesterday I peed myself while sneezing lol (been sneezing a lot lately) so today I wore a pad 🤷🏽‍♀️

I was laying down resting and all of a sudden I feel super wet down there like if I peed. I ignored it for a bit thinking maybe an increase in discharge I’ll check later. Finally I had to pee so I got up and went and when I saw the pad I can see color on it. Like super super light yellow tint all over the main part. I smelled it. Doesn’t smell like pee or discharge. (Not even discharge when I have a uti or any other infection) but I can’t describe the smell. 😊 almost like a feet smell (my kids feet lol) idkkkkkk but it was super wet and there isn’t thick stuff on it like discharge it looks super watery.

Normal or should I tell my ob ??? I have an appointment Friday.
