26 dpo-14,899!!!!! (5 weeks pregnant)

My sons home nurse showed me a chart that 3 weeks pregnant is 5-50 hcg, 4 weeks is 5-426 hcg, 5 weeks is something to 7,000. At five weeks I was 14,899 and there’s no way I was further along bc at four weeks there wasn’t even a sac and at five weeks we finally discovered a sac. I even asked the Obgyn if it could be twins since the home nurse mentioned it and the Obgyn said he couldn’t rule twins out bc there’s no fetal poles yet to see one or two.

Is it ok that I’m that high???
