Swelling???

Anyone else starting to swell? I’m 34 weeks 5 days and my ankles are swelling up. Anything I can do for it? I never had any bit of swelling with my first two kiddos

Drink more water and elevate your legs, but also mention it to your doctor at your next appointment.

Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water. When I start to swell, it’s always because I haven’t drank enough. A glass or two of water and the swelling comes right down for me.

Same here! Thankfully it's not too bad and just my feet and ankles, just enough for me to notice but not enough to be uncomfortable (I'm already uncomfortable enough everywhere else!)
